Spinova Zones — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Spinova Zones (“Spinova,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your use of SpinovaZones.com and any related services on any device. By accessing or using the website (the “Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1) Definitions

Content: All materials on or through the Platform, including text, graphics, interfaces, photos, trademarks, logos, audio, music, artwork, code, and other elements.
Platform: The website at SpinovaZones.com, including subdomains, subpages, and successor sites.
You / Your: Any person accessing or using the Platform.
Third-Party Websites: Websites, apps, or services not owned or controlled by us.

2) Eligibility & Use

You represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older (or the higher legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). You must comply with all applicable laws and must not use the Platform where prohibited. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

3) Virtual Currency (Spinova Coins)

Spinova may offer an entertainment-only currency, Spinova Coins. Spinova Coins:

are not money and not redeemable for cash or prizes;
may be purchased in bundles where available;
may be earned or granted via promotions at our discretion;
are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the Platform.

We may change bundles, pricing, availability, accrual, and usage rules at any time.

4) Responsible Gaming

We promote safer play and offer tools such as purchase limits, Take a Break (24h/7d), and Self-Exclusion (minimum 6 months). See our Responsible Gaming Policy for details. While we implement safeguards, we are not responsible if you attempt to circumvent them or if enforcement is not possible for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

5) Account, Security & Conduct

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You agree not to:

misuse the Platform, including fraud, abuse, scraping, or interfering with operations;
upload malware or attempt to bypass security;
infringe intellectual-property, publicity, or privacy rights;
harass, threaten, or harm others;
create multiple or fake accounts to bypass restrictions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected breaches.

6) Intellectual Property

All rights in the Platform and Content are owned by or licensed to Spinova and protected by IP laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use the Platform for lawful, recreational purposes. You must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform or Content, nor remove proprietary notices. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

7) Third-Party Websites & Social Media

The Platform may link to Third-Party Websites. We do not control or endorse third-party content, products, or services and are not responsible for their accuracy, legality, or functioning. Your use is at your own risk and subject to third-party terms.

If our pages integrate social networks (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter), your posts are governed by those platforms’ terms. Do not publish false, misleading, defamatory, or abusive content. We are not liable for user-generated content on third-party platforms.

8) Availability, Changes & Maintenance

As-is / As-available. The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties—express or implied—regarding quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

Interruptions. We are not liable for downtime, server disruptions, latency, or other interruptions.

Changes. We may add, remove, or modify any part of the Platform or Content at our discretion, with immediate effect and without notice.

Suspension. We may suspend the Platform (in whole or part) at any time. We will restore service when reasonably practicable.

9) Viruses & Security

We use reasonable safeguards to help keep the Platform secure but cannot guarantee it will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components. You are responsible for using up-to-date security software and keeping backups. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

10) Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Acceptance of the Privacy Policy may be required for account features.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spinova and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, goodwill; or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amounts you paid to Spinova in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability; or (b) USD $50 (or equivalent).

13) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spinova and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on the Platform. Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and/or close accounts) immediately for any reason, including suspected policy breaches, fraud, or unlawful activity. You may stop using the Platform at any time; some provisions survive termination (e.g., IP, limitation of liability, indemnity).

16) Severability

If any provision is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and, if necessary, deemed severed. The remaining provisions continue in full force.

17) Assignment

These Terms are personal to you and may not be assigned, transferred, or sublicensed by you without our prior written consent. We may assign, transfer, or delegate rights and obligations at any time without notice.

18) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and your use of the Platform are governed by the laws of England and Wales (without regard to conflict-of-law rules). You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any dispute, except that we may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

19) Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications from us electronically (e.g., email, in-product notices) and agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

20) Language

These Terms may be provided in multiple languages for convenience. The English version controls. In case of inconsistency, the English version prevails.
